Tooltip update - UX writing

Research showed that our publishing tools were due for a facelift; new functionality, design, and copy. As the writer on the publishing team, I provided the UI and tooltip copy to fit the designer’s new layouts. This modal lets users add subtitles to their videos.

I simplified the button copy and moved the file limitations into the tooltip to declutter the main interface. The tooltip heading no longer duplicates info but highlights a value for the user. The file name instructions are included in the UI to address the most common customer support contact about videos.
